  • Using all tools: how in-house legal can help pre/post breach

Data theft and loss is endemic in modern business. Much media attention focusses on external threats such as hackers, but the more pervasive threat is posed by internal actors, whether through accidental data breaches or theft of information. The Cyber Security Series is a joint initiative from the Chertoff Group and Covington & Burling LLP to assist companies with preventative and reactive measures to manage the threat of information loss.
