Deb Malamud
Deb Malamud is an associate in the firm’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on appellate and government-facing regulatory litigation, and she advises on an array of constitutional and administrative law issues. Deb has litigated against an array of federal agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Department of Health and Human Services. Her experience spans the various phases and angles of litigation: conducting litigation assessments and venue analyses; drafting complaints, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs; preparing for oral argument; and coordinating and drafting amicus briefs.
Deb maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she chiefly engages with clients in fluent Spanish.
