Bithia Large is a commercial and competition litigator in the dispute resolution group of the firm’s London office. Bithia has experience acting on complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes, including contractual claims, shareholder disputes, Section 994 unfair prejudice petitions, and breach of trust and dishonest assistance claims. She also advises clients in respect of competition claims before the High Court. Bithia has also gained experience with proceedings to compel UK-based third parties to produce evidence for foreign proceedings.

On 9 October 2023, the European Parliament’s Internal Market and Consumer Protection Committee (IMCO) and Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) agreed revised wording to amend the European Commission’s (the “EC”) proposed new Product Liability Directive (the “Directive”). The vote was passed with 33 votes in favour to 2 against.
