Javi Andujar is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group based in the firm’s New York office. He advises technology companies, financial institutions, and other enterprise clients on commercial transactions at the intersection of intellectual property, data, and digital infrastructure.
Javi’s practice includes work on a range of technology-driven and other IP agreements, including joint ventures for data monetization and data licensing, outsourcing arrangements, cloud computing and SaaS licensing arrangements, and art loan-out agreements.
Javi also maintains an active pro bono practice with an interest in helping artists and other creatives to navigate legal risks and protect their work.
